About Mark Weiss

Mark Weiss has been photographing musicains and actors for the past 3 decades. In the '80s, he began shooting album covers, one being Bon Jovi's "Slippery When Wet." A decade later Mark was asked by guitarist Richie Sambora to photograph his wedding in Paris. Soon after, friends and family would ask Mark to capture their special day. Today Mark enjoys photographing new couples and documenting their day of bliss. He often works with a second shooter, which gives him the freedom to focus on the stars of the wedding, the bride and groom, capturing memories to be passed on and remembered for generations.

Many of Mark’s iconic images are part of history and popular culture. His many portraits include notable Hollywood stars like Drew Barrymore shortly after filming ET, Johnny Depp as an emerging star on television, the late great Rodney Dangerfield, the one and only Cher and even comedy legends Cheech & Chong from the early 80's.
